Riipen's next level collaboration program is called Level Up and it pairs an active project or small business with well developed students. We co-create and agree upon projects to complete and learn along the way. The best part, for the students for sure, is they are actually paid quite decently for their work! I was happy with the results, though in retrospect, I would have more carefully constructed projects that would have been more of an 80hr fit - as per the Level Up criteria - perhaps some of my creative projects were 'too easy'. Nonetheless, I have been incredibly impressed with the whole Riipen platform and it was a privilege to engage in Level Up. I hope to take part in another round of Level Up, this time with a greater understanding of how it all works. Thank you to everyone!
