The project's main goal is to develop a business strategy for Invico Capital Corporation to learn how to best educate and attract high school and university students, specifically women, to provide more opportunities for them to enter the finance sector. This will involve understanding the current landscape of Canada's private wealth management sector as it relates to women, identifying recruitment opportunities and engagement strategies for high school and university students who are women, and creating an actionable plan to implement these strategies.

• Identification of key recruitment, engagement, and education strategies targeting women in high school and university that have been successful in other professional sectors or industries.
• Research and identification and/or recommendation of events or other activities that Invico can participate in to educate and attract women in high school and university interested in entering or actively working to enter the wealth management and/or finance sector.
• Development of a comprehensive business strategy specifically tailored to target high school and university students, with a focus on women, to enter the finance sector.
• Actionable plan with specific steps, timelines, and metrics for implementation of the business strategy.

Final deliverables:

• A detailed report outlining the research, analysis, and business strategy.
• Presentation of the business strategy to the CCO and VP of Marketing at Invico Capital Corporation.
